If you pass the selection process, you will obtain the status of a contract employee under PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, with a specific position as Digital Talent.

  • Possess work experience for a minimum of 3 years (for middle positions) and a minimum of 5 years (for senior positions);
  • Physically and mentally healthy (proven by a health certificate);
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.
  • Possess digital skill qualification as per required

Placement will be for the Jakarta Office, at the Digital Business & Technology department.

    There are 4 (four) stages with a knockout system:
  • Administration Selection
  • Quantitative Technical Test
  • Qualitative Technical Test
  • Personal Quality Assessment (only for Senior level)
  • Interview by Human Capital Management Telkom Indonesia
  • Offering and Onboarding

The recruitment process will take approximately 1 month from the time your application is received. The recruitment process of each applicant can be checked on the recruitment platform where you apply.

The recruitment process will be held virtually. Therefore you are advised to prepare a personal laptop with a stable internet connection. For the pre-screen process, you are also advised to complete the data requested by the recruiter during the process. During the interview process, some positions will be tested live. You are expected to have the required software for the live test.

    The option to opt-out in the middle of the selection stage is possible, but a resignation after the contract is signed will cause a penalty.

    As long as the previous recruitment gap period has reached 6 months in each role, participants can re-apply in the same or different positions in the next batch of recruitment processes. For the recruitment process, it is recommended to only apply for one position at a time.
